1. How many people can use the
site? There is no limit. However,
additional fees may be incurred based upon the number of users given
access.
2. What types of user-access
options are available? There are two
options available; a corporate configuration, which maintains exclusive
corporate control by allowing only corporate use, and the outlet
version, which provides outlet access to templates and upload
capabilities.
3. How is the website branded?
Most corporate clients choose to display their logo
on the Grassroots PR™ Online website.
4. What kind of customer service
do you provide? eNR Services is available

5. What type of user training is
provided? We will work with you to create a
freestanding training program or one that works well within any training
programs already in place. Many of our clients internally incorporate
Grassroots PR™ Online training into their overall training processes.
Alternatively, we host online, interactive training seminars to
introduce new users to the Grassroots PR™ program.
Sending Releases
6. Is there a limit to the number
of releases I can send out? There are no
restrictions on the number of press releases that can be sent out
through Grassroots PR™ Online.
7. Can I distribute copies of the
press release to contacts that are not on my media list?
You have the option to send copies of the release
to personal contacts via email.
8. Can I attach photos?
Yes. We recommend including a photo with press
releases.
9. How are releases sent to the
media? Releases are sent via the preferred
method of delivery for that media outlet or journalist: fax, email or
regular mail.
10. If corporate sends the
release, will the individual outlets get a copy of the release sent to
them? Individuals do not receive copies, or
confirmation, of corporate releases.
11. Are there quality control
procedures in place? Prior to distribution,
each release is reviewed by a member of our operations team for
formatting issues.
12. After I submit a release,
how quickly will it be released to the media?
Releases are distributed within 24 hours when
received during normal business hours.
13. Will I get a confirmation
notice? Although you will not receive a
confirmation notice, one can immediately view the releases in progress
and release history online.
14. How can I get copies of
previously sent releases? Review your
release history and then contact your Account Executive with details of
the requested release.
15. How do I know what releases
have been picked up? eNR ClipTracker™
offers you a comprehensive media monitoring and measurement service. You
are also encouraged to personally contact the media to provide any
additional information that may be appropriate.
Lists
16. How do I create my media
list? There are three list building options
available. Lists can be created based on a zip code search,
congressional district, or a pre-designed list can be selected for an
outlet or distributor.
17. Can I edit media lists?
Users can add or delete media from media lists if
they use the zip code or congressional district function.
18. How can I add a new outlet
or location and its associated media list?
Contact your Account Executive to add a new outlet and create its media
list.
19. What happens if I have
several locations in one town? To address
this common issue, we create a regional press release we call a “multi”.
In a multi, a corporate or regional contact is the quoted contact in
each release. A “multi” represents each location within that town,
eliminating competition between locations for a single media site.
20. How often is eNR Services' media contact
database updated? eNR's media database is
proprietary and updated on a regular schedule in order to provide our
clients with the most up-to-date contact information.
21. How comprehensive is your
media database? The eNR proprietary media
database consists over 250,000 journalists, over 1.3 million news items
from more than 60,000 outlets.
22. Is there a limit to the
number of media outlets that I can include on my media list?
Although there are exceptions, we suggest that you
include up to eight media outlets on your media list.
23. How can I add media contacts
not available through your database? Simply
contact operations@enr-corp.com or your Account Executive and the media
contact will be added to your media list.

24. Can an outlet or
representative upload their own releases to this site?
Grassroots PR™ Online allows authorized users to
upload and send press releases.
25. How many templates may be
posted on the site? There is no limit to
the number of press release templates that can be posted on the
Grassroots PR™
Online site.
